CollectiveAccess Migration Issue

So it seems I'm having some issues after migrating CollectiveAccess to a new server and database.  These are the screenshots for the CA team.

This first image shows the behavior in the UI. The top (populated) image is from a test post migration.  As you can see, there are multiple images associated with this object but only the first one displays the image.  The images aren't broken. They're just not associated with the record. If you open the Full record it provides an opportunity to upload an image.  Downloading the image downloads a blank file.

Here's the objects_x_object_representations link table. It's populated.

This is the objects_representations table. It's populated as well.

Asked about the multifile table.  It's empty. But it was empty after the test image was generated.

The files are all there.  Readable by the server.
